As successful women entrepreneurs, I am certain we understand the essential importance of visionary women with common values, vision and voice joining forces together in unity; in what is commonly known in the empowerment arena as “sisterhood.”

As a Purpose to Profit Strategist, Adviser, and Founder of The Unstoppable Woman of Purpose Global Movement, in coaching, consulting and speaking globally. I have found a common GAP in the empowerment marketplace. The alarming gap of inauthentic sisterhood, where women are silently victimised or at times unconsciously switch hats and become the predator; in this empowerment gap we refer to as “sisterhood”.

What do you think is genuinely missing in this empowerment space? Is it fair to say, that you have somewhat been victim of this lack of genuine, divine sisterhood? Perhaps a past joint venture collaboration that went “south”, as a matter of expression, due to lack of authentic, genuine, raw, real divine Sisterhood? I know professionally after deep discovery sessions with my clients, associates; including myself that we have in some colourful way fallen victim to such a counter-productive, demoralising and debilitating gap. A gap that is not only toxic but inimical to the empowerment evolvement globally.

It always surprises me how often we get in our own way – how reluctant we can be in showing up in the world with our true colors. By that I mean, showing our scars, revealing our past trials and turning into an empowering positive testimony to inspire, influence and impact those we are called to serve globally. Simply by presenting our best foot forward, per se. Revealing our raw, real genuine beauty of being an ‘unstoppable woman of purpose.’ A woman who pulls back, resistance shows up in sneaky ways to try and stop us from creating the success we truly desire personally and professionally.

SUCCESS IS AN INSIDE JOB

Too many visionary women focus their attention on their future goals and often overlook the power in investing on their mind. Mastering their mind set is key to success personally and professionally. What is missing to them prospering in both areas of their live and business is taking grip in focusing within; as success is an inside job! Investing in your spirituality, often builds a solid foundation to expanding your vision and discovering your divine purpose. Self-discovering WHO you were born to be and WHY you are called to GREATNESS!

It’s not competing, comparing or being the best copy-cat version of someone else. It’s ALL about being the best version of your true divine self. In acknowledging your self-worth, inevitably your self-esteem increases. Discovering the essence of who you were BORN TO BE – an ICONIC UNSTOPPABLE WOMAN OF PURPOSE. A woman you are meant to be and BUT it requires you to do the inner work. Success, is not for the faint-hearted.

Creating what you desire will only be accomplished through faith. Miracles are a precious gift given to us by God. Start giving yourself permission to lean and depend on God and His wisdom. God is still in the business of answering prayers. You’re in the right path, stay focused, keep strong and believe in the power of your dreams. Make your VISION a reality! “Write the vision; make it plain, engraving it clearly on the tablets so one may easily read it” Habakkuk 2:2

Self-discovering and having the road map to your divine purpose clear and concise is of upmost importance, so you are reassured to stay the course and stay in your lane!
